Vessels

A vessel is a hollow or concave object for holding content. That form may hold liquid, other matter, or it may be empty.

Two thousand nine has been a difficult year for me, and I have found comfort in creating vessels that echo roundness and touch. Some of them are filled with liquid, and others are filled with air, but all bear a connection to the transitory nature of our being and our human need for connection with others.
